You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please include your order number in all cancellation requests.
We accept returns of most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, or intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a gift that you wish to return, we will issue a store credit to the original purchaser.
